With an impressive output of up to 31kg per hour, the twin-basket fryer from Blue Seal is an excellent choice for professional kitchens in high demand. Thanks to its 17kW heating element, the E44 fryer provides rapid and consistent heating between 60°C and 200°C. This powerful design, alongside 12Ltr twin frying baskets, makes the fryer ideal for cooking large batches of food without compromising on quality.

The Blue Seal fryer is designed to be user-friendly and time saving. With strong stainless steel construction throughout, as well as front-mounted 1" drain valve and simple yet hardwearing temperature controls, the E44 is both easy to clean and operate. And thanks to the adjustable legs and rear castors, the free-standing fryer can be installed and maundered with ease. Independently controlled tanks give you the flexibility to cook a wide variety of foods without flavour transfer, whilst also helping you to reduce running costs during quieter hours. Powering down a tank helps to cut energy use by up to 8.5kW, therefore helping to save you money on energy bills in the long run.
