Product Information

The IN514F-L Blue Seal full area four zone induction hob is a powerful, effective cooking station for professional kitchens. With its four full area square induction zones, the hob is perfect for larger pots and pans, as well as induction-compatible square pans and skillets.

Featuring an impressive 20kW of cooking power, the hobs gives you the power and performance to cook large batches quickly. And thanks to the efficiency of induction technology, much more energy is channelled into the cooking - not into the kitchen air, meaning reduced running costs and a much more comfortable working environment. This free standing model is fitted with a sturdy stand with adjustable feet for easy installation. As part of the Blue Seal Evolution Series, it's also modular, making it simple to suite with other appliances in the range.
