Do you deliver throughout Scotland?
Yes. We offer free delivery throughout Scotland. On selected items, we offer an unpack-and-place service – totally free of charge
Can I hire equipment instead of buying it?
Yes – short term and long term hire op[tions are available on selected equipment. This is ideal for seasonal businesses, events, temporary replaces, businesses that are not ready to purchase – or just to cover that busy weekened!
Can I visit your showroom?
Yes – our showroom is Unit 3, Carriers Croft, Lewiston, Drumnadrochit, IV63 6AG, and you’re always welcome to visit. No appointment necessary!
Do you provide installation and removal?
We can remove your existing equipment, but this is operated on a case-by-case basis. For installation, this is available through our engineer partner network.
What is your returns and cancellation policy?
On used equipment, we offer a 28 day money-back guarantee. On new equipment, a 25% re-stocking fee applies should any equipment be returned.
Can I pay monthly for my catering equipment
Yes! We offer flexible monthly payment options, allowing you to spread the cost rather than paying the full amount upfront. Or, use our unique ‘Pay As You Go’ payments – low monthly payments keep your cost down, and you can purchase anytime.
Does your equipment include warranty?
Warranty coverage varies depending on the product. New equipment normally includes the manufacturer’s warranty, while used equipment may be supplied with different warranty options. The exact cover will always be clearly stated before purchase.
Do you provide servicing, repairs and spare parts?
We stock and supply spare parts for all major brands at competitive prices. For servicing and repairs, this is available through our engineer partner network. Just let us know what service/repair you require and we will do our best to facilitate.
Can you source equipment that is not shown on your website?
Yes. Our stock changes regularly, and we can source equipment from a wide range of leading manufactures. We only advertise a very small amount of equipment. Just let us know the make, model or type of equipment you need, and we will do the rest.
