With its high cooking performance and incredible versatility, the Blue Seal Turbofan E32D4 is a compact, professional convection oven. Designed to deliver excellent cooking results, the E32D4 is equipped with a five-level moisture injection mode that prevents dishes from drying out and reduces product loss from shrinkage. Featuring up to 20 intuitive programmes, each with up to three stage cooking, this convection oven enables you to perfect a wide range of dishes. The digital display with time and temperature controls help to make this Turbofan oven both user-friendly and simple to operate.
