All products retained on top are provided with consistent heating from integrated elements in the topper as well as from the quartz heated gantry above, resulting in optimal heating around the entirety of the food. Meanwhile the interior houses to adjustable shelves to accommodate plates or plated meals in addition to the double layered steel exterior that helps reduce heat loss and allows the hot cupboard to operate more efficiently. The gastronorm compatible top can be customised to merchandise your personal selection of ingredients.
