The Foodsville 675mm Stainless Steel Heavy Duty Pass Through Dishwasher is designed for efficiency and durability in high-volume commercial kitchens. It requires a 3 phase electric supply of 11.1 Kw and is adaptable for pass-through or corner setups. This machine ensures fully automatic operation with quick cycle times of 1.5 or 3 minutes, accommodating fast-paced environments. Featuring robust stainless steel wash arms and tank filters, a heavy-duty motor, and a non-return water valve to prevent backflow. Its construction is entirely stainless steel, promising long-term reliability. A built-in rinse aid pump enhances drying, and a gravity drain system ensures efficient water removal.
